I focus on business development processes with a holistic approach, managing this field not just through sales, but by integrating market research and product development stages. While primarily supporting product management and operational workflows, I take an active role in strategic business development initiatives. Additionally, I develop modern web applications and front-end architectures with Next.js and TypeScript. By engaging in multi-disciplinary processes such as market research, competitor analysis, and professional project management across various sectors, I continuously enhance both my technical expertise and commercial vision.

Managing operational coordination in international client relations, establishing strategic partnerships, and global recruitment processes. Handling product management for portfolio projects by driving business development activities, feature planning, drafting product roadmaps, and tracking development cycles.
Elmalı Technology
Coordinated the business development and process management of technology services. Responsible for prioritizing service features, creating product roadmaps, and managing end-to-end development phases. Designed landing pages and personally developed their front-end architecture.
COMCAI
Led the market positioning and product vision for the venture. Personally managed the front-end development processes, successfully launching the platform with a user-friendly UI compliant with modern web standards.

S.I.R AI (SalesTech)
A B2B SalesTech solution that analyzes sales meetings to deliver data-driven insights to teams. I contributed to market segmentation and pricing strategies, managed beta testing phases by collecting user feedback for the product team, and led the corporate identity and digital content design efforts.
VISIONCO2 (Academic BAP Project)
A carbon management platform aiming to integrate GHG Protocol-compliant footprint calculation models with AI and ML. I developed the platform's front-end architecture, designed its brand identity, and co-authored the academic paper. Our project was accepted to the 6th International Thales Congress with a score of 9.2.

Designed and coded various web projects using modern standards (Next.js & Tailwind CSS), including Arzen Factory, The Performance Company, Lambsona, Elmalı Tech & Venture Studio, Lokiin, and S.I.R AI.
